All are invited to partake in a gesture memorializing a loved one this holiday season.  A remembrance service was held to honor loved ones who are particularly missed during the holiday season. Participants wrote names of their loved one on wood hearts and hung them on a memorial tree.  The small evergreen tree bearing the hearts will be in the sanctuary throughout the holidays as acknowledgement that although our loved ones are not present physically, they are present in our hearts and minds.  Anyone wishing to honor a loved one may hang a memorial heart on the tree. Blank hearts and a marker are laying at the bottom of the tree.
